Transportation Program Guidelines
LYFT Transportation
Our Lyft Program is for a “Ride of Last Resort” If you can not get a ride any other way, we will call a Lyft driver to pick you up and get you to your appointment at no cost to you.
- Call the office to set up your appointment for a Lyft ride.
- Rides are offered Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the ride.
- Client must be able to get to and from the car and in and out of the car independently.
- Limited to appointments in towns adjacent to Needham.
- Additional program policies.
